Carmen Carbon, 93, of Lincoln, passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2022. She was born on January 28, 1929, in Spain. Carmen's birth name was Maria Del Carmen Garcia Campos. Carmen married Manuel Carbon in 1948 in Spain and moved to Havana Cuba in 1953/54. Carmen moved to the United States (Lincoln Ne) to be reunited with her sons in 1967. Carmen worked days as a Beautician for Treasure City, Miller & Paine, Dillard's, Younkers & JCPenny's and worked 3rd shift at Mid America web press (aka Quebecor printing). Carmen was a fantastic seamstress and made beautiful dresses for herself, clothes for her sons when they were little, loved to match her granddaughters in outfits when they were younger, and her grandson Ryan made her giggle. Carmen worked hard and loved her family - her grand & great grandchildren were her everything and they loved her just as much. She will be dearly missed, and we will miss going to see "Grandma" and spending time with her. We all "Thank you" for the wonderful memories you created for us - we Love you!!\n\nCarmen is survived by Sons - Jose (Cynthia) & Armando Carbon. Grandchildren - Heidi Wright (Mike), Cristy Carbon-Gaul (Dan), Nichole Harris (Paul), Lisa Almeida, Brandon & Gabriel Carbon. Great grandchildren - Jordan Wright (Sarah), Savannah Maria Wright (Brady), Quentin Gaul (Maryellen), Christian Harris (Sarah), Aidan Gaul, Reagan Harris, Sophia Carmen Almeida, Moises IV & Max Almeida. Sister - Marisa. Sister in laws. Nieces, nephews, great & great great nieces & nephews.\n\nShe was preceded in death by her parents, husband, grandson Ryan Carbon. Sister - Dora. Brothers - Manuel, Marciel & Pepe Garcia.
