Born on April 3, 1970 in Lincoln, NE to Roger Wallick & Pamela Lawrence (recently deceased).\n\nConnie passed away peacefully in her bed on a Thursday afternoon. She was known for her sense of humor and her knowledge of a variety of random facts that no one ever seemed to know. Connie graduated from Lincoln High School in 1988 with her best friend, Amy, and soon after travelled to New York to nanny for a family. While nannying, Connie was able to experience an exciting life in New York. Not long after her nannying career, she moved back to her hometown in Nebraska, where she met and married her first husband, Dale Fritz. Both Dale and Connie had their two daughters, Rachel and Chelsea, that were Connie's pride and joy.\n\nBefore and while working as a customer service representative, Connie attended Southeast Community College majoring in the IT area where, at the time, she was specializing in computers. She oftentimes referred to her career as a "customer service rep. for most of her life."\n\nOther than her passion for technology, Connie also had a love for creativity, computer games (such as World of Warcraft), and lots of different colorful accessories - especially iridescent items. Many of her friends and family thought of her as down to earth, genuine, honest, and intelligent. Connie was often able to relate to others; and her friends and family were considered very important to her, especially her mother. She loved to have fun, and was very silly and goofy - for example, she would often ask her daughter, Rachel's fiance, Caleb, "Did you steal my coconuts? Big ones, small ones, some as big as your head!" Connie enjoyed having inside jokes with those closest to her.\n\nLike her own mother, Connie was always reading, joking, and laughing. She mostly enjoyed reading mysteries and Anne Rice novels, or anything related to the supernatural. Additionally, Connie enjoyed relaxing while watching her favorite television shows and movies, such as Star Trek, Bones, Ferris Bueller's Day Off; and any/all mystery or detective shows she could get her hands on. Connie was the kind of person who enjoyed staying at home while doing simpler activities.\n\nSome of Connie's other favorites include: Her love of animals (including her youngest daughter's puppy Sky and her late dog Nibbles), her eldest daughter's photography and artwork, asiago or cheddar bagels, Mountain Dew, cheeseburgers with ketchup and mayonnaise ONLY, any type of potatoes, cupcake designs, butterflies, nail polish, merge dragons, crosswords, listening to Shania Twain while cleaning, and chatting it up with her friends and family.\n\nAs many of her friends and family would say, Connie was a beautiful person inside and out. She loved all of those that surrounded her and were a part of her life.\n\nConnie will be deeply missed by:\n\nDaughters; Rachel Fritz (Caleb Farris) and Chelsea Fritz-Rupert (Jameson Rupert)\n\nFather; Roger Wallick\n\nStep-father; Ernest (Ernie) Lawrence\n\nSisters; Cindy Kapke and Shannon Lawrence\n\nNieces and Nephews; Brandon Kapke (Lauren Kapke), Dalton Kapke (Amanda Kapke), Austin Kapke, Krystn West (Austin West), Kyla Lawrence-Kightlinger\n\nBest friend; Amy Kurtzer\n\nAny and all extended family members\n\nShe is together again with:\n\nMother; Pamela Lawrence\n\nStep-grandmother; Vivian Burggraf\n\nBrother; Christopher Wallick\n\nBrother-in-law; Paul Kapke\n\nAnd loving pet; Nibbles Fritz-Arnold\n\nA Celebration of Constance's life will be held at a later date to be announced.
