Cynthia Helter

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 16th, at Capitol City
Christian Church 7800 Holdrege St. Lincoln, Nebraska @ 2:00 P.M.

Cindy was born in Lincoln Nebraska to Otto And Mildred Stokes on
September 26th, 1949. She married Larry Helter on September 28th, 1965, in
Lincoln Nebraska. She worked for the Lincoln Journal Star for a better part
of a decade. She Loved to read, Garden, and Travel. She volunteered for
several organizations, including BirthRight, Cancer Partners of Nebraska.

Cindy is preceded in death by her parents, Otto and Mildred Stokes, Siblings
Elmer 'Lee' Stokes, Patrick Stokes, Larry Stokes, Richard Marsh, Sandra
'Sandy' Wahl.
Cynthia is survived by her Husband Larry Helter; Their children: Korena &
Tony Prue of Lincoln Nebraska, Shannon Helter of Lincoln Nebraska Tia &
Jay Yancey of Arlington Texas, Dennis & Chandra Helter of Lincoln
Nebraska. Grandchildren: Alexander Roper, Adrienne Roper-Martin &
Joshua Martin, Nicole & Shaun Erickson, Challen & Robin Reynolds,
Mercedes Pheifer & Michael Pheifer, Boden Grahm, all of Lincoln
Nebraska. Julia Yancey & Randy Yancey of Arlington Tx. Great
Grandchildren: Zayne Scully & Tatiana Martin. Freyja Erickson & Karsen
Reynolds. Sister: Debbie Packmore of Lincoln Nebraska and her son
Michael Packmore of San Diego, CA.

Memorials may be given to Capitol City Christian Church.
