Glen LeRoy Churchill

Glen LeRoy Churchill, 83, went home to be with the Lord on May 12, 2015. He was born March 4, 1932 to Elmer and Mina (Marvin) Churchill. The youngest of 4 boys. 1951 was a busy year for Glen. He graduated from Lincoln Northeast High School, married his childhood sweetheart Annie, and was drafted in the Marine Corp. and stationed in California for two years. Glen was an instructor at Milford Technical School, teaching heating and air conditioning.

One of his favored pastimes was ushering NU football games for over 40 years. Glen was a kind, gentle and honest man, who never said a swear word and was always on the go. He enjoyed playing sports and was a long time member of the Y (where he could still hit baskets from the 3 point line into his 70's). Glen loved his garden model Railroading, (G scale), playing Cribbage, puttering in his yard and especially wintering in Alamo, Texas.

Family includes his wife of 63 years Annie (who resides at the Arbors after having a stroke), daughter; Toni, Son; Toby (Lori), 2 grandsons; Mason (Leslie), Colin (Shelby), and 6 great-grandchildren.
