Jonie E. Bachle, 30, passed away Saturday, June 15, 2019, surrounded by her family in Friend, NE. She was born November 1, 1988, in Lincoln, NE, the daughter of Thomas and Carrie (West) Stitt. Jonie attended Friend Public Schools, Northeast High School and Bryan Learning Center both in Lincoln, NE. She received her GED in 2010 from Crete High School. She took culinary and medical classes and received her CNA and Med Aid license. Jonie worked for Blue Valley Care Home in Hebron, NE. Jonie was very passionate about caring for all creatures, big and small. She volunteered and was a foster mom for Dolly's Legacy Animal Rescue. Jonie married Thorne Bachle on February 16, 2019, in Alexandria, NE. She enjoyed arts and crafts and cherished time spent with her children and family. Jonie is survived by her husband, Thorne Bachle; children, Kiahna, Aubrey, Landon, and Annika; mother and step-father, Carrie (West) and Russ Schnittker; father, Tom Stitt; siblings, Jessie (Jon) Schluter, Jalynn Stitt (Fiance, Taylor Minske), Russell Schnittker, Hillary (Allen) Schroeder, Jarrett "JJ" Schnittker; grandmother, Elaine Maruhn; parent-in-laws, Ron and Angie Erickson, and Matt and Jill McCord; sisters-in-law, Sondra McCord, Jami (Levi) Gunn, and Karly McCord; along with numerous nieces, nephews and family.
