Richard Evans

Richard D. Evans, 62, of Lincoln, NE passed away peacefully at his home on February 15, 2026.

Richard loved everything that involved being outside. His many hobbies included frisbee golf, hiking, kayaking, camping, fishing, rock climbing, and playing the guitar to name a few.

He worked at the Nebraska Book Company where he enjoyed his work for 37 years.

He is survived by his parents, Larry Evans (Jodell) Larimer, and Pam (Gene) Frith; children, Stephen (Katrina) Evans, Raymond (Diana) Evans, and Aaron Evans; sister, Lori Evans; grandchildren, Mason, Addyson, Audrina, Gabriela, Scarlett, Payton, and Kinsley; stepsister, M'chellin Baker; stepbrother, William Baker; nieces, Chelsea and Katherine.

Donations may be made to Lincoln Flying Disc Club in memory of Richard.
