Terrence Barton Obituary (1938 - 2022)

Terry Barton, 83, of Lincoln, NE passed away on Thursday, February 10th. Terry was born in Pontiac, IL on August 15, 1938 to Ralph and Evelyn Barton. He was the oldest of 3 children. Terry was preceded in death by his parents; son, David Barton; brother, Jerry Barton Sr.. He is survived by his companion of over 37 years, Marilynn Shaw; sister, Nancy Bavisotto; daughter, Pamela Johnson and fiance, Troy Thompson; granddaughter, Amber Fountain; grandson, David Johnson; great-grandson, KeyShaun Wynne; great-granddaughter, Ni'ella Herring. Terry is also survived by Marilynn's son, Scott (Marla) Shaw; grandsons, Hogan and Justin Shaw. A celebration of Terry's life will be held at 1 pm on Thursday, February 17th at Lincoln Family Funeral Care at 5849 Fremont St., Lincoln, NE. Casual dress is requested.
